My name is Jim Rinaldi. I am President and the Founder of Star Painting...and we do something unique in the painting business in that we eliminate many of the problems businesses and homeowners traditionally have when trying to hire, evaluate and work with a painter. Are You Licensed?

Effective December 2005, the State of New Jersey requires all painting contractors serving the residential and non-commercial market to register with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Star Painting has been registered since January of 2005. The full text of the requirements can be viewed here. It is a fourth degree felony for a contractor to perform residential work and not be licensed.
